PAYMENT AGREEMENT

This Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Slime World (“Creditor”) and Courtney Camper (“Debtor”) on 01/116/26

1. Total Amount Owed

The total amount due under this Agreement is $5,535.27.

2. Payment Schedule

The Debtor agrees to repay the total amount in 26 bi-weekly payments over a 12-month period, beginning January 16, 2026, as follows:

• 25 payments of $212.90

• 1 final payment of $212.77

3. Payment Method

Payments shall be made via direct payment or debit card, as selected by the Debtor. A payment authorization form will be provided separately and must be completed prior to the first payment.

4. Late and Missed Payments

• Payments are due on the scheduled dates listed above.

• Payments not received within 5 days of the due date will incur a late fee of $25.

• Any payment more than 10 days late will be considered missed.

• Two late or missed payments may result in the remaining balance becoming immediately due and payable.

• Continued non-payment may result in further collection actions.

5. No Waiver

Failure by the Creditor to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

7. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the payment terms and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
