  • Where is my order?
    Depeneding on what stage your package is in (Ordered/Processing/ and Shipping) → 1-3 days processing time + 2-7 days transit = 3-10 days to reach you After checkout you will receieve an invoice of your order. Within 3-5 days you will get another e-mail with tracking where you will be able to watch your order.
  • What's included in my package?
    All packages come with the items that you've purchased, extra(s), and your very own slime care instruction card.
  • Do you do custom orders?
    Yes, please contact us.
  • Why are your slimes more than $3.00?
    We try to make it as affordable as possible, that's why we have different sizes of slime and not just one size that range from $6.00 - $22.00. We have to pay for our supplies, (Glue, dye, shaving cream, glitter, clay, etc.) stickers, containers, packaging, (Boxes, bubble mailers, paper, ink. etc.) and other extras. We are not pressuring you to buy our slimes.
  • What do i do if my package arrives damaged?
    We are not responsible for damgaed packages in-transit. We're sorry for the inconvinience. Please email with a picture of the damaged slime.
  • I put the wrong shipping address
    If you put in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can fix it. If it has already shipped, then it’s out of our control. If the slime gets returned to us, we can send it again but you’ll have to pay for the additional shipping charge.
  • My package got sent back to your warehouse. What happens now?
    Your package was most likely sent back due to an address issue. Incorrect addresses are the most common reason packages are returned. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the slimes. However, the shipping will not be refunded.
  • How do I track my package?
    Once you place an order, an email will be sent to the email you have provided with your order with a confirmation number of your payment. Once the item is shipped (within 4-6 days) another email will be sent with a tracking number for you to track your package.
  • I received the wrong slime. What do I do?
    Please email with a photo of the incorrect slime.
  • Returns/Cancelations
    All handcrafted Slime purchased is FINAL SALE. Due to Slime being an expendable product which degrades over time and for health and sanitary reasons. Slime cannot be retured, even if unopened. Slime Supplies have a 14 Day Return Policy. Return unopened and unused item for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
    We do not accept any returns or exchanges since slime is a handmade product and can change its consistency overtime after uses. We accept returns of slime supplies (Squishies/borax/Add-ons) in new condition within 14 days. Please contact us.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Due to the manufacturing/production of our handmade product, we do not accept any cancellations. All sales are final.
  • My slime container came cracked. What do I do?
    We package our slimes in a bubble mailer + bubble wrap to avoid this situation. However, there are chances that your slime could still be damaged in-transit. Please email us at with a full picture of the package, slimes, and your order information and we will provide a solution to you typically within 3-6 days. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to insure a solid proof is shown.
  • What age is slime appropriate for?
    Slime is great for most ages and especially therapeutic to teenagers and adults! We recommend ages 8 and up for slime (Due to choking hazard, and non-edible), however, if the intended recipient will not try to eat slime (even scented slime), then the judgment is certainly up to you.
  • Why is my slime shrinking?
    It's normal for slimes to deflate/shrink over time!
  • Why is my slime sticky/hard/melted?
    This can often happen during shipping, especially when there is extreme weather. Check out the “Slime Care” section HERE for instructions on how to correct any issues Depending on several factors, including temperature and humidity, your slime may arrive sticky or become more sticky over time. Keep in mind, a little bit of stickiness is normal, and slime sticking to your wrists or in between your fingers is normal for certain kinds of slime. However, if your slime is stickier than this or you want it to be harder, you can add more activator. Make the borax based slime activator with the borax provided in your order, or you can use your own. For instructions on how to make the activator, please read the Slime FAQ Sheet provided in the SLIME 101 tab above. ​
  • Is slime edible?
  • Will slime give me an allergic reaction?
    We don’t recommend slime if you are sensitive to fragrance or household items such as lotions, glycerin or PVA glue
  • Do you use borax powder in your slimes?
    Yes, we use a diluted borax solution. 1 teaspoon of borax to 2 cups of hot water.
  • My slime is tearing when I pull it. Help!
    Many slime recipes will tear when you pull slime very quickly. Depending on the viscosity of the slime, you will find different speeds either tear or stretch the slime indefinitely. The fun of slime is seeing how different slimes react to these types of tensions! If the slime is very hard and tearing, usually is because you have over boraxed it with activotor. To fix this, you can knead lotion into the slime. The more you knead the more stretchier it will become.
  • How long will my slime last?
    Your slime should last you a very long time, as long as you take good care of it! We recommend storing your slime in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Wash your hands before and after each time before playing with your slime to help slow down the growth of bacteria in your slime. Slime is a water-based object, meaning that eventually, it will lose it's moisture(shrink), get dirty, or need to be thrown out. However, it can last for months with proper care. If you notice your Slime change color as a more grey tint or produce odor please throw it away. This is caused by germs. Always wash your hands before and after playing with slime.

  • How do I make Borax Solution?
    Mix 1 teaspoon of borax with 2 cups of hot water. Mix it until it dissolves. Only adults 18+ should be making borax solution. We are NOT responisible if your slime becomes over-activated.
